After-sales service

Installation and Training:
1. Install equipments on-site
2. During the installation process, train relevant personnel to operate on-site.
Including: routine operation, maintenance, analysis of operation problems and how to exclude problems, etc.
 
After-sales and post-sales technical support:
1. Equipments have the warranty of one year free of charge for non-human damages from the delivery date.
2. In the warranty period, the factory maintain and replace parts for free for non-human affecting normal use.
3. After warranty period, the factory only charge the cost of replacement parts, enabling customers to reduce the losses to a minimum, with the implementation of life-long service.
4. Adhering to the principle of "customer first", we promise onsite service and arrival at the scene to solve problems within 24 hours from receiving respondent calls in the Pearl River Delta region.
